Payment Policies

Teams/individuals are confirmed in a tournament once payment (deposit or full) is made.

At the registration stage teams/individuals make a deposit payment of 30% or in full. Payment in full is due no less than 30 days prior to the event.

100% refund if canceled before June 1, 2025.

Refund Policy

50% refund if canceled June 1 – August 1, 2025.

No refunds after August 1, 2025.

SCHEDULE & FORMAT CHANGES

Ice Time Adjustments: Game durations/schedules may change due to delays, ice conditions,
or safety.

Tournament Format: Organizers reserve the right to modify formats (e.g., shorten games)
for timely completion.
